Marketing & Communications Notice
This notice explains when Indigo Projects sends you property updates and promotional messages, how we get your permission, and how you can stop them at any time.
1. What we may send
If you choose to receive them, we may send new listings, price or availability updates, offers, invitations to events or site visits and similar promotional messages about properties we advise on.
2. Your permission comes first
- We send promotional messages only if you give separate, optional consent, by ticking an unticked box on our forms, or by clearly agreeing in a conversation with us that we record.
- Sending an enquiry never requires you to agree to marketing.
- This permission covers the channels listed in the box you ticked: phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email.
3. Channel by channel

| Phone calls | We call you about marketing only if you consented. We call during reasonable hours. We follow the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) rules on commercial calls, including your Do Not Disturb preference. If your number is on the Do Not Disturb register, we do not make promotional calls unless you have given us specific consent. |
| SMS | Promotional SMS are sent only through registered sender IDs and templates under the TRAI regulations, to numbers that have consented. Each promotional SMS tells you how to opt out. |
| We send promotional WhatsApp messages only to people who opted in. You can reply STOP, or block the number, at any time. Messages are subject to WhatsApp's own business terms. | |
| Promotional emails carry our name and contact details and an unsubscribe link or opt-out instruction. |
Service messages, such as confirming your site-visit time or replying to your question, are not marketing. We send them to deal with your enquiry.
4. How to stop messages
- Reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message from us.
- Click Unsubscribe in any email.
- Tell us on a call to stop calling.
- Email info@indigoprojects.in, or use Privacy Requests.
We stop as soon as possible and always within 7 days. We keep only the minimum record that you opted out, so we do not message you again by mistake. You can also register your number with the national Do Not Disturb service of your telecom provider.
5. Who else gets your details for marketing
We do not give your details to other companies for their own marketing. If you ask about a particular property, the developer or sales team for that property may contact you about it, as explained in the Enquiry Privacy Notice.
