Please read this disclaimer before relying on any property information on indigoprojects.in. It explains what this website can and cannot tell you, and the checks you should make yourself.

1. Our role and RERA registration

Indigo Projects is registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority as a real estate agent (TG RERA Agent Registration No. A02400004070, valid from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2030). We are an independent channel partner for the developers whose projects we show. We are not the developer, promoter or owner of the properties shown unless a page clearly says so, and we are not a partner of any developer. As a registered agent we do not facilitate the sale of projects that are required to be registered with the Telangana RERA but are not. Each project page shows the RERA registration number of that project where one applies. Registration numbers belong to the developer or promoter, and registration does not by itself guarantee the quality, timeline or value of a project.

2. Information comes from third parties

Most project details, including area, price, specifications, amenities, approvals, occupancy and possession dates, come from developers and owners, or from documents they give us. We present them as the developer's brochures and sales documents describe them, and we aim to confirm prices with the developer before quoting them. We have not independently verified every detail and we cannot guarantee that they are complete, current or error-free.

3. Images, layouts and specifications

Images, renders, floor plans, maps, walkthroughs and videos are for illustration. Actual views, layouts, finishes, fittings, landscaping and surroundings may differ. Areas can be quoted as carpet, built-up or saleable area, and these are not the same. Please confirm which area applies to the unit you are considering.

4. Availability, prices and possession

Availability and prices change without notice. A price shown is indicative and may exclude taxes, registration, maintenance deposits, parking and other charges. Possession and completion dates are the developer's estimates and can change. Lease terms, rentals and occupancy figures are as reported to us and may change.

5. Verify before you decide

Before you pay or sign, please check for yourself, and with a qualified lawyer where needed:

• the project's RERA registration and details on the Telangana RERA website;
• title, ownership, encumbrances and the chain of documents;
• sanctioned plans, building permissions and other statutory approvals, and the Occupancy Certificate where the building is complete;
• the exact area, price, payment schedule, taxes and charges in writing;
• the draft agreement and its terms, including lease and lock-in terms for leased properties.

6. Third-party links and information

We link to developer sites, government portals and other third-party pages for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

7. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from relying on third-party or indicative information on this website. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
